Name: Alpinia galanga (Galangal)

Description: Alpinia galanga, commonly known as galangal, is closely related to the ginger family and often used in Indonesian, Thai or Malaysian cooking. The patented extract EnXtra has been shown to improve mental alertness and increase attention span.

Name: Camellia sinensis (Green Tea)

Description: Camellia sinensis,which is more commonly referred to as 'Green Tea' is a plant that is naturally rich in polyphenol catechins. Polyphenol catechins are antioxidant compounds which are naturally present in the leaves of Camellia sinensis. The primary phenolic compound that is found in green tea leaves is a potent catechin named 'Epigallocatechin-3-Gallate' (EGCG), which provides this herb with it's various therapeutic health effects. Green tea assists in the maintenance of energy production and helps to enhance energy levels. 

Name: B Vitamins

Description: B  vitamins are a group of water soluble vitamins found in many different foods. Some of these include green leafy vegetables, yeasts, wholegrains, sunflower seeds, legumes, eggs, meats and seafood. B vitamins are involved in many important cellular processes such as those supporting energy production and maintain energy levels.
