Centrum Rest & Renew combines ingredients passion flower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to promote a relaxed sleep and humulus, traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervous tension and restlessness , as well as magnesium to support general health and wellbeing.

    Directions

    Adults only:
    Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime, or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

    Active Ingredients

    Each capsule contains:

    Passiflora incarnata (passion flower) ext. dry conc. …50 mg
    equiv. dry herb…250 mg

    Humulus lupulus (hops) ext. dry conc. …50 mg
    equiv. dry fruit…250 mg

    Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide)…155 mg

    Warnings

    Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
    Talk to your health professional before use if you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
    Avoid alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Exercise caution in driving a vehicle or operating heavy machinery.
    This product may have a laxative effect. Discontinue use if you develop diarrhoea.
    Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
    If taking other supplements, read the label since supplements may contain the same ingredients.
