Description: Vitamin K2 helps with the maintenance of strong, healthy bones by playing an important role in the biological function of bone development, growth and mineralisation. Vitamin K2 supports calcium absorption and increases calcium metabolism in the bones. Vitamin K2 also helps to support  cardiovascular system health including a healthy heart, blood, arteries and healthy blood vessels.  

Good dietary sources of Vitamin K2 are Natto beans, fermented foods such as Sauerkraut, Kimchi and cheeses.
