Directions

  1. Do not dilute
  2. Refrigerate after opening
  3. Discard after 1 month

13 years of adult:
Take 200 – 400mL every hour during activity. Do not dilute.

Maximum Daily Dose:
According to body weight, take up to 3 x 600mL (<60kg) or 5 x 600mL (>60kg) doses per day.

  • Citric acid monohydrate 2.59g
  • Sodium 668mg from Sodium chloride
  • Potassium 317mg from Potassium citrate
  • Magnesium 30mg from dried Magnesium sulfate
  • Calcium 48mg from Calcium carbonate
  • Zinc 1.2mg from Zinc sulfate monohydrate
  • Iron 600 micrograms from Ferrous sulfate
  • Copper 180 micrograms from Copper gluconate
  • Manganese 300 micrograms from Manganese sulfate monohydrate.

Also contains: Sodium benzoate, Glucose, Potassium Sorbate, Sucralose.
