Sleep Complex contains a premium Valarian extract to help reduce the time to fall asleep and relieves sleeplessness, and Zizyphus, which is used in traditional Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep.

Features:
  • Valerian reduces the amount of time to fall asleep and is traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to enhance sleep quality.
  • • Valerian is also used in traditional western herbal medicine to promote refreshing sleep and to decrease nervous tension and restlessness.
  • • Zizyphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep, as well as to relieve spontaneous sweating.
Each tablet contains:
Herbals:
Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus extract dry conc.) 450 mg
Valeriana officinalis (valerian extract dry conc.) equiv. dry root 1.5 g std. to contain: valerenic acid 1.13 mg 375 mg
Lavandula angustifolia (lavender flower oil essential) 2 mg


Dose:
Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 - 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.
