    Directions

    Adults:
    Take 1 tablet daily in the morning with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

    At first sign of cold take 2 tablets daily with food.

    Each Film Coated Tablet Contains:
    Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 1000mg
    …equiv. to Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 826mg,
    Hesperidin 25mg,
    Rutoside (Rutin) 50mg,
    Citrus bioflavonoids extract 100mg.

    Phenylketonurics – this product contains phenylalanine.
    Contains sulfites.
