    This high dose combination is beneficial for those experiencing poor digestion and bloating, commonly due to poor eating habits, stress and ageing.

    DIRECTIONS FOR USE

    Take two (2) capsules with water, 20-30 minutes before each meal, up to three (3) times per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
