Description: 
Carica papaya (Paw Paw), Zingiber officinalis(Ginger) & Gentiana lutea (Gentian) : Helps to enhance digestive system functions and promote healthy digestion. May assist with the relief of digestive discomfort including flatulence, feelings of fullness and abdominal bloating/distension.
Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to reduce the occurrence in symptoms of indigestion and dyspepsia.

Description:

Silybum marianum (St Mary's Thistle) : Helps to support the natural detoxification and cleansing processes of the liver. Antioxidant and hepato-protectant actions help to protect the liver and have regenerative effects on liver cells. Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine as a digestive tonic, to improve digestive weakness.

Taraxacum Officinale (Dandelion) : Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine for choleretic and cholalogue properties which help to promote bile flow from the gallbladder and liver. Beneficial for relieving digestive discomfort and symptoms of indigestion.

Description: 

Frangula purshiana (Cascara) : Cascara triggers a natural intestinal muscular movement called “peristalsis”. Peristalsis promotes bowel waste elimination and increases intestinal transit time. Cascara has stimulant laxative effects which help to relax the bowels and relieve dry stools by softening the stool to ease bowel motions. Cascara is particularly beneficial to relieve constipation.

Calendula officinalis (Calendula) : Calendula has potent natural anti-inflammatory properties which help to reduce mild inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.

Description: 

Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle): Aids and assists in the management of healthy liver function, and supports the liver's natural detoxification processes

Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema): Assists in the management of sugar cravings and helps to support a healthy appetite.

Chromium: May assist in maintaining healthy blood glucose and sugar metabolism

Biotin: Biotin is involved in the metabolism of various dietary nutrients such as carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It helps to support healthy blood sugar metabolism whilst also contributing to healthy liver function
