Description: Co-Enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is concentrated within the mitochondria of sperm. CoQ10 has actions in maintaining semen and sperm health while supporting sperm motility (movement). CoQ10 is a natural antioxidant nutrient that helps reduce the formation of free radicals and also decrease free radical damage (oxidative stress) to various cells of the body.  Additional benefits of CoQ10 include, supporting energy levels and maintaining energy production.

Description: Lycopene is an antioxidant with actions in protecting against free radical formation and damage to cells. Lycopene supports general reproductive system health and in males, it is particularly beneficial in supporting prostate health. Lycopene supports sperm health and maintains healthy sperm production and motility.

Description: Selenium is a mineral which has primary actions in maintaining reproductive system health, related functions such as, a healthy libido and supports healthy preconception care. Description: Panax ginseng more commonly known as Korean Ginseng has been used traditionally in Chinese Medicine as an adaptogenic herb. Adaptogens help to enhance the body's natural response to stress while reducing symptoms of stress, such as nervous tension and unrest. Additionally, it maintains energy production which supports physical endurance and stamina and is beneficial in supporting post-exercise recovery. It relieves feelings of general malaise or fatigue and also supports cognitive and mental functions such as focus, concentration and clarity.

Korean Ginseng has also shown to maintain reproductive system health and hormones, sexual functions, healthy libido and maintain overall sperm health.

Description: Eleutherococcus senticosuswhich is also commonly known as Siberian Ginseng has been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for its unique action as a male tonic. Additionally, it has been used traditionally to enhance the body's adaptation to stress, promote energy levels and vitality and also improves physical endurance and exercise performance.

Siberian Ginseng supports mental and cognitive functions such as concentration, focus and clarity. Additionally, it assists in oxygen transportation throughout the body.   

Name: Zinc

Description: Zinc is a mineral which supports preconception health and maintains a healthy reproductive system. It has direct actions in supporting semen and sperm health, including sperm production and sperm motility.
Zinc is essential to maintain the formation and synthesis of testosterone and healthy reproductive hormones.
