IMPERVIA® Neosorb Superabsorbent Dressing quickly absorbs and binds large amounts of wound exudate into its ‘heart’ of Superabsorbent polymers. The impervious backing extends beyond the absorbent core and is sealed on all four sides preventing sideways leakage, even under compression. Its adhesive-free construction increases conformability and minimises risk of possible skin reactions.
