Adults:
Take 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Magnesium (from Magnesium citrate nonahydrate) 12.5mg,
Magnesium (from Magnesium amino acid chelate) 29.5mg,
Magnesium (from heavy Magnesium oxide) 258mg,
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 10micrograms,
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate (equivalent Vitamin C 50mg) 60.5mg,
Zinc (from Zinc gluconate) 7mg,
Manganese (from Manganese gluconate) 5mg.
