    Magnesium oxide               187.5mg
    Equiv. Magnesium              110mg
    Tabletting aids, Flavours, Natural sweeteners (Glucose, Thaumatin), Acidity regulator.
     

    Directions

    Adults: Dissolve 1 melt (orally disintegrating tablet) in your mouth once daily, no water required, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
